The main areas of focus will be: preservation, colors, botanical extracts, however all-natural solutions may be included in the scope on a case-by-case basis. All applications work delivers in terms of taste, functionality and nutrition when applicable. The Application Scientist will support all the ranges of natural ingredients from a technological point of view and will therefore be leading: - Performance studies: execute food/nutraceutical formulations and establish planning of stability studies, carry out all analysis and contribute to record the results correctly for the edition of an application report - Product validation in end-products - Development of food prototypes - Rolling-out knowledge internally He/she may be required to travel to France and other countries, if needed, for trainings and business support.
