Your Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  
• Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer requests
  
• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer support
  
• Follow internal processes to manage sensitive data (training provided)
  
• Collaborate with your team and contribute to a positive work environment
  

Your Profile

• Danish (fluent) + English (C1)
  
• At least 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role
  
• Strong communication and active listening skills
  
• Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable
  
• Tech-savvy, able to navigate multiple systems with ease
