Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:
- Handling inbound calls to identify and assess customer needs.
- Providing tailored solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Managing administrative follow-ups (billing, account management, claims).
- Contributing to continuous improvement by reporting customer feedback.
Candidate Profile
- Native in French or C1 Professional level.
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Versatile, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Higher education degree required.

- Compensation: €1,073 / month
